The African Center for Legal Research & Training (ACLRT) is a registered organization under the Companies Act (2013) dedicated to promoting justice delivery through quality legal education, training, and public engagement.
The Center is well-equipped with comprehensive legal resources, offering access to research materials, a legal reference library, and opportunities for academic and professional collaboration.
It provides pro bono legal services, consultancy in thematic legal areas, and public legal education to support both the legal community and the general public.
Through tutorials, mock trials, and advocacy training, ACLRT empowers judges, legal practitioners, security officers, and law students to strengthen their skills and uphold justice.
The Center also raises public awareness through lectures on human rights, rule of law, and transitional justice—while fostering partnerships with organizations like WAVE to expand its regional impact.
